Hybrid Cars: About

Let’s face it, gas isn’t getting any cheaper.  At some point, most of us will start searching for an alternative to paying $70 to fill the gas tank.  Fortunately, there are some options to traditional, gas only cars - and they keep getting better.  While the typical family sedan might average 22 mpg, some hybrid cars already get 40-50 miles per gallon.  A few years from now, we expect that number to double yet again, and 100 mpg vehicles aren’t out of the question.

Hybrid Cars was designed to help you learn how this technology works, and how it will improve all of our lives.  Our goal is to provide you with a solid understanding of hybrid vehicles, while directing you to expert reviews, road tests, hybrid car videos, and information straight from the manufacturers.  This is a site where you can begin your research and find links to more detailed analysis.  The hybrid car industry is changing quickly, so check back for updates and thanks for joining us.
